Evening Parents,
Welcome to Caterpillar/Butterfly Week. It’s a biggie, so much to learn and explore. We’ll focus primarily on Eric Carle’s, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We’ll taste (most) of the foods he ate, play interactive games, and create beautiful artwork, all about the life cycles of the Butterfly. We’ll introduce new words, egg, larvae, and pupa. If you would like to expand on this theme, this could be interesting http://www.insectlore.com/ .
Pictures of activities will be posted on classroom doors throughout the week, be sure and take a look!
Have a super weekend!

Happy Friday Folks!
We had a wonderful week discovering animal babies. We liked how small and soft they are. Next up, Birds. Tweet! We’ll flap our wings, make feather crafts, discover beaks, and listen to them sing. Plus Squawker will make her way around the school… crab that she is, not much of a singer. Birds are interesting creatures. We will learn alot from them.
Have a Super weekend;)
